By using Zora Shoe Care, you agree to these terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
All brand names, formulations, packaging designs, photography and site content are the property of Zora Shoe Care and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.
Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch from your account. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled — please use the returns process instead.
Our products are for external use on footwear only. Keep them away from children, avoid contact with eyes and skin, and always patch-test on a small hidden area before the first full application. Follow the “Suitable for” guidance on each product page — using a leather product on suede, for example, can permanently mark it.
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by use on materials a product is not intended for. See our Returns policy for damaged goods.
